These terms are the agreement between you and Doğukan Kamçı, an individual developer (“we”, “us”), for the DripOut app (“the app”). By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app, and you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or try to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
These terms also apply to any updates we provide, unless an update comes with its own terms.
2. What the app does not promise
DripOut plays low-frequency tones through your device’s speaker. The vibration can help push water out of the speaker grille, and this is the same idea used by similar tools. It is a best-effort aid, not a repair.
No guarantee of a result. We do not promise that the app will remove any or all water, restore sound quality, or make a device work again. Results depend on the device, how much liquid got in, where it is and how long it has been there.
It is not a repair service and does not replace professional help. If your device has been in liquid, follow Apple’s own guidance and contact Apple Support or an authorised service provider. Do not rely on this app as your only response.
Water that has reached the inside of a device can cause damage that no app can undo, sometimes days later. Liquid damage is generally not covered by Apple’s warranty.
The sound meter is an indication only. It is not a calibrated measuring instrument and must not be used for workplace, legal, medical or safety decisions.
Tools such as the tone generator, frequency lab and stereo test are provided for general use and testing, not for professional audio calibration or for any medical or hearing-related purpose.
3. Using the app safely
The app plays loud tones. Keep the device away from your ears and from the ears of children and pets while a cleaning or a tone is playing.
Do not use the app with headphones, earphones or a hearing aid connected.
Stop immediately if you feel any discomfort. Prolonged exposure to loud sound can damage hearing.
Do not use the app while driving or doing anything else that needs your attention.
Do not place a wet device on a charger, and do not insert anything into its ports, until it is dry.
4. The free demo
The app includes one free cleaning session of about 30 seconds per device, so you can try it before subscribing. To keep the demo to one use, the app saves a marker on your device; this is described in our Privacy Policy. We may change, limit or end the demo at any time.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Full access is sold as an auto-renewing subscription. The price, the billing period and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen before you buy, and confirmed by Apple at the moment of purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If a free trial is offered and you subscribe during it, any unused part of the trial ends when the paid subscription begins.
If we change the price, Apple will tell you and ask for your agreement before the new price is charged, as Apple’s rules require.
6. Refunds
All purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple and follow Apple’s policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. This does not affect any right to a refund or withdrawal that the consumer law of your country gives you.
7. Acceptable use
Please use the app only for its intended purpose and in line with the law. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, bypass its purchase checks, or use it to disturb, harm or harass anyone.
8. Ownership
The app, its design, sounds, text and artwork belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. “DripOut” and the app’s icon are our marks. Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result. Some countries do not allow such exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, loss of profit, or damage to a device, that arises from using or being unable to use the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer law.
11. Apple’s role
This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its contents.
Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. If you need help, write to us at dkappsupport@gmail.com.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim about the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal requirement, and claims under consumer protection or privacy law.
We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the app infringes that party’s intellectual property rights.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Changes, ending and contact
We may update these terms, for example when the app changes. We will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously breach these terms. Sections 9, 10 and 11 continue to apply afterwards.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a case there.

1. Kullanım lisansınız
Apple Medya Hizmetleri Hüküm ve Koşulları’ndaki App Store Kullanım Kuralları kapsamında, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarda uygulamayı kullanmanız için size kişisel ve devredilemez bir lisans veririz. Uygulamayı satamaz, kiralayamaz, alt lisansla veremez veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız; kanunun açıkça izin verdiği hâller dışında kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik uygulayamaz veya kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya çalışamazsınız.
Bu koşullar, kendi koşullarıyla gelmediği sürece sunduğumuz güncellemeler için de geçerlidir.
2. Uygulamanın vaat etmedikleri
DripOut, cihazınızın hoparlöründen düşük frekanslı sesler çalar. Oluşan titreşim, hoparlör ızgarasındaki suyu dışarı itmeye yardımcı olabilir; benzer araçların dayandığı fikir de budur. Bu bir tamir değil, elinden geleni yapan bir yardımcıdır.
Sonuç garantisi yoktur. Uygulamanın suyu kısmen veya tamamen çıkaracağını, ses kalitesini geri getireceğini ya da cihazı yeniden çalışır hâle getireceğini taahhüt etmiyoruz. Sonuç; cihaza, giren sıvının miktarına, nerede olduğuna ve ne kadar süredir orada bulunduğuna göre değişir.
Uygulama bir tamir hizmeti değildir ve profesyonel yardımın yerini tutmaz. Cihazınız sıvıyla temas ettiyse Apple’ın kendi yönergelerini izleyin ve Apple Destek’e ya da yetkili bir servise başvurun. Tek çare olarak bu uygulamaya güvenmeyin.
Cihazın içine ulaşan su, hiçbir uygulamanın geri alamayacağı, bazen günler sonra ortaya çıkan hasarlara yol açabilir. Sıvı teması kaynaklı hasar genellikle Apple’ın garantisi kapsamında değildir.
Ses ölçer yalnızca fikir verir. Kalibre edilmiş bir ölçüm cihazı değildir; iş yeri, hukuki, tıbbi veya güvenlikle ilgili kararlarda kullanılamaz.
Ton üretici, frekans laboratuvarı ve stereo test gibi araçlar genel kullanım ve deneme amaçlıdır; profesyonel ses kalibrasyonu için ya da tıbbi veya işitmeyle ilgili herhangi bir amaçla kullanılamaz.
3. Güvenli kullanım
Uygulama yüksek sesli tonlar çalar. Temizlik veya ton çalarken cihazı kulaklarınızdan, çocuklardan ve evcil hayvanlardan uzak tutun.
Uygulamayı kulaklık veya işitme cihazı bağlıyken kullanmayın.
Herhangi bir rahatsızlık hissederseniz hemen durdurun. Yüksek sese uzun süre maruz kalmak işitmeye zarar verebilir.
Araç kullanırken veya dikkat gerektiren başka bir iş yaparken uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Islak bir cihazı kurumadan şarja takmayın ve portlarına hiçbir şey sokmayın.
4. Ücretsiz demo
Abone olmadan önce deneyebilmeniz için uygulama, cihaz başına yaklaşık 30 saniyelik bir ücretsiz temizlik sunar. Demonun tek kullanımda kalması için uygulama cihazınıza küçük bir işaret kaydeder; bu, Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanmıştır. Demoyu istediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir, sınırlayabilir veya kaldırabiliriz.
5. Abonelikler ve ödeme
Tam erişim, otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak satılır. Fiyat, faturalandırma dönemi ve varsa ücretsiz deneme, satın alma ekranında satın almadan önce gösterilir ve satın alma anında Apple tarafından teyit edilir.
Ücret, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı süreyle otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple Hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Ücretsiz deneme sunulduysa ve deneme sırasında abone olursanız, denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı ücretli abonelik başladığında sona erer.
Fiyatı değiştirirsek, Apple’ın kuralları gereği Apple sizi bilgilendirir ve yeni fiyat tahsil edilmeden önce onayınızı ister.
6. İadeler
Tüm satın almalar Apple üzerinden yapıldığı için iadeler Apple tarafından, Apple’ın politikasına göre yürütülür. Talebinizi reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden iletebilirsiniz. İadeyi biz gerçekleştiremeyiz. Bu durum, bulunduğunuz ülkenin tüketici mevzuatının size tanıdığı iade veya cayma haklarını etkilemez.
7. Uygun kullanım
Lütfen uygulamayı yalnızca amacına uygun ve hukuka uygun şekilde kullanın. Uygulamanın işleyişine müdahale etmeye, satın alma kontrollerini atlatmaya ya da uygulamayı başkalarını rahatsız etmek veya zarar vermek için kullanmaya çalışmayın.
8. Mülkiyet
Uygulama; tasarımı, sesleri, metinleri ve görselleri bize aittir ve telif hakkı ile diğer mevzuatla korunur. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm size mülkiyet devri sağlamaz. “DripOut” adı ve uygulama simgesi bizim işaretlerimizdir. Apple ve App Store, Apple Inc.’in ticari markalarıdır.
9. Garanti reddi
Kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde uygulama “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut hâliyle” sunulur; açık ya da örtülü hiçbir garanti verilmez. Buna ticari elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, doğruluk ve ihlal etmeme garantileri de dahildir. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını ya da belirli bir sonuç üreteceğini taahhüt etmiyoruz. Bazı ülkeler bu tür sınırlamalara izin vermez; bu durumda bu bölümün bir kısmı size uygulanmayabilir.
10. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde; uygulamanın kullanılmasından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan, veri kaybından, kâr kaybından ya da cihazda meydana gelen hasardan sorumlu değiliz. Uygulamayla ilgili her türlü talep bakımından toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki on iki ay içinde uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, kanunen sınırlandırılamayan sorumlulukları kaldırmaz; ihmal sonucu ölüm veya bedensel zarardan doğan sorumluluk, hile hâlleri ve emredici tüketici mevzuatından doğan sorumluluk saklıdır.
11. Apple’ın rolü
Bu sözleşme yalnızca sizinle bizim aramızdadır; Apple taraf değildir. Apple, uygulamadan ve içeriğinden sorumlu değildir.
Apple’ın uygulama için bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Desteğe ihtiyacınız olursa bize yazın: dkappsupport@gmail.com.
Uygulama, geçerli bir garantiye uygun çıkmazsa Apple’a bildirimde bulunabilirsiniz; Apple satın alma bedelini iade edebilir. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Apple’ın uygulamaya ilişkin başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Uygulamaya ilişkin her türlü talebi —ürün sorumluluğu, uygulamanın yasal bir gerekliliği karşılamadığı iddiaları ve tüketicinin korunması veya gizlilik mevzuatından doğan talepler dahil— Apple değil biz karşılarız.
Uygulamanın üçüncü bir kişinin fikrî mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiğine dair iddiaları araştırmak ve çözmek de Apple’ın değil, bizim sorumluluğumuzdadır.
ABD hükümetinin ambargo uyguladığı veya “terörü destekleyen” olarak nitelendirdiği bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD hükümetinin yasaklı ya da kısıtlı taraflar listelerinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz.
Apple ve bağlı kuruluşları bu koşulların üçüncü kişi lehtarıdır ve koşulları size karşı ileri sürebilir.
12. Değişiklikler, sona erme ve iletişim
Bu koşulları, örneğin uygulama değiştiğinde güncelleyebiliriz. Sayfanın başındaki tarihi güncelleriz; önemli değişiklikleri ayrıca uygulama içinde bildiririz. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Uygulamayı silerek kullanımı istediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ağır şekilde ihlal etmeniz hâlinde lisansınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. 9, 10 ve 11. bölümler sonrasında da yürürlükte kalır.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır ve İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Tüketici iseniz bu hüküm, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici mevzuatının sağladığı korumayı ve orada dava açma hakkınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.
