Common questions
My purchase is not showing.
Open Settings → Restore purchases in DripOut while signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with. If Pro still does not appear, email us.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose DripOut and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The sound meter does not work.
It needs microphone access. Go to Settings → DripOut on your device and turn on Microphone. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.
I do not get cleaning reminders.
Go to Settings → DripOut → Notifications on your device and allow notifications, then turn on Cleaning reminders in the app.
The water is still there.
Run another session at full volume with the speaker facing down. Sound can help move water out, but it cannot promise a dry or working device; a wet device may still need professional service.

Ses ölçer çalışmıyor.
Mikrofon izni gerekiyor. Cihazınızda Ayarlar → DripOut bölümünden Mikrofon’u açın. Hiçbir kayıt yapılmaz ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Temizlik hatırlatıcıları gelmiyor.
Cihazınızda Ayarlar → DripOut → Bildirimler bölümünden bildirimlere izin verin, ardından uygulamada Temizlik hatırlatmaları seçeneğini açın.
Su hâlâ içeride.
Hoparlör aşağı bakacak şekilde, ses tam açıkken bir oturum daha çalıştırın. Ses, suyun dışarı çıkmasına yardımcı olabilir ama cihazın kuruyacağını veya çalışacağını garanti edemez; ıslanan bir cihazın yine de profesyonel servise ihtiyacı olabilir.
