These terms are the agreement between you and Doğukan Kamçı, an individual developer (“we”, “us”), for the Hardwise app (“the app”). By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

1. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules in Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app, and you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or try to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
These terms also apply to any updates we provide, unless an update comes with its own terms.
2. What the app does not promise
Hardwise runs tests using the sensors, cameras, speakers, radios and other hardware that iOS lets apps access, and some tests rely on your own answers. It is a helpful guide to a device’s condition, not a laboratory instrument.
Results can be wrong. A test can fail on a working part (for example because of a case, a permission, the environment or an iOS limitation) or pass on a part with a fault it cannot detect. Tests that depend on your answers are only as accurate as those answers.
Not an official inspection or certificate. A health score, report or score card is not a guarantee of a device’s condition, value or authenticity, and is not a substitute for Apple’s own diagnostics or an inspection by Apple or an authorised service provider.
The buyer’s checklist is self-declared. Battery health, cycle count, Find My, parts history and the other checklist items are entered by the person using the app from iOS Settings. The app cannot read or verify them. When buying or selling a device, check these yourself on the device.
No repair. The app does not fix faults. Advice shown after a failed test is general guidance only.
Tools are indications only. The sound meter, tone generator, frequency lab, spirit level, compass and sensor readings are not calibrated instruments and must not be used for workplace, legal, medical, navigation or safety decisions.
3. Using the app safely
Some tests and tools play loud tones. Keep the device away from your ears and from children and pets while they play, and do not use them with headphones or a hearing aid unless a test asks you to connect headphones.
The heat test runs the processor at full load for several minutes and the device will get warm. Do not run it on a soft surface, in direct sunlight, in a case that traps heat, or on a device with a swollen or damaged battery. Stop if the device becomes uncomfortably hot.
The screen tests show flashing and full-brightness colours. Do not run them if you are sensitive to flashing light.
Do not use the app while driving or doing anything else that needs your attention.
4. Free and Pro features
Some tests and tools are free; others, and features such as the full health score, PDF reports, score cards and trends, require Pro. What is free and what is Pro is shown in the app and may change over time. We may add, change or remove features.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription and may also be offered as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price, the billing period and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen before you buy, and confirmed by Apple at the moment of purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
If a free trial is offered and you subscribe during it, any unused part of the trial ends when the paid subscription begins. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro for as long as the app is offered, on the devices that use your Apple Account. It does not renew.
If we change the price of a subscription, Apple will tell you and, where Apple’s rules require, ask for your agreement before the new price is charged.
6. Refunds
All purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple and follow Apple’s policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves. This does not affect any right to a refund or withdrawal that the consumer law of your country gives you.
7. Acceptable use
Please use the app only for its intended purpose and in line with the law. Do not use reports or score cards to misrepresent a device’s condition to anyone, do not attempt to interfere with the app or bypass its purchase checks, and do not use it to disturb, harm or harass anyone.
8. Ownership
The app, its design, sounds, text and artwork belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. “Hardwise” and the app’s icon are our marks. Apple, iPhone, iPad, App Store, Face ID, Touch ID, TrueDepth and Find My are trademarks of Apple Inc. Hardwise is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its results will be accurate. Some countries do not allow such exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, loss of profit, damage to a device, or loss arising from a decision to buy, sell, repair or not repair a device based on the app’s results. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer law.
11. Apple’s role
This agreement is between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its contents.
Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app. If you need help, write to us at dkappsupport@gmail.com.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim about the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal requirement, and claims under consumer protection or privacy law.
We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the app infringes that party’s intellectual property rights.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Changes, ending and contact
We may update these terms, for example when the app changes. We will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your licence if you seriously breach these terms. Sections 9, 10 and 11 continue to apply afterwards.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a case there.

1. Lisansınız
Size, Apple’ın Medya Hizmetleri Hüküm ve Koşulları’ndaki App Store Kullanım Kuralları’nın izin verdiği şekilde, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz Apple cihazlarında uygulamayı kullanmanız için kişisel ve devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı satamaz, kiralayamaz, alt lisansla veremez veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız; kanunun açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya çalışamazsınız.
Bu koşullar, kendi koşullarıyla birlikte gelmedikçe sağladığımız güncellemeler için de geçerlidir.
2. Uygulamanın vaat etmedikleri
Hardwise, iOS’un uygulamalara erişim izni verdiği sensörleri, kameraları, hoparlörleri, radyoları ve diğer donanımı kullanarak testler yapar; bazı testler sizin yanıtlarınıza dayanır. Bir cihazın durumu hakkında faydalı bir rehberdir, laboratuvar cihazı değildir.
Sonuçlar hatalı olabilir. Bir test, çalışan bir parçada (örneğin kılıf, izin, ortam veya bir iOS sınırlaması yüzünden) başarısız olabilir ya da algılayamadığı bir arızası olan parçada başarılı görünebilir. Yanıtlarınıza dayanan testler, ancak bu yanıtlar kadar doğrudur.
Resmî ekspertiz veya sertifika değildir. Sağlık puanı, rapor veya puan kartı bir cihazın durumu, değeri ya da orijinalliği için garanti değildir; Apple’ın kendi tanılamalarının veya Apple ya da yetkili servis tarafından yapılan bir incelemenin yerini tutmaz.
Alıcı kontrol listesi beyana dayanır. Pil sağlığı, döngü sayısı, Bul, parça geçmişi ve listedeki diğer maddeler, uygulamayı kullanan kişi tarafından iOS Ayarları’ndan girilir. Uygulama bunları okuyamaz veya doğrulayamaz. Bir cihaz alırken veya satarken bunları cihaz üzerinde kendiniz kontrol edin.
Tamir yapmaz. Uygulama arızaları gidermez. Başarısız bir testten sonra gösterilen öneriler yalnızca genel bilgilendirmedir.
Araçlar yalnızca fikir verir. Ses ölçer, ton üreteci, frekans laboratuvarı, su terazisi, pusula ve sensör değerleri kalibre edilmiş ölçüm aletleri değildir; iş yeri, hukuki, tıbbi, navigasyon veya güvenlik kararları için kullanılmamalıdır.
3. Uygulamayı güvenle kullanmak
Bazı testler ve araçlar yüksek sesli tonlar çalar. Çalarken cihazı kulaklarınızdan, çocuklardan ve evcil hayvanlardan uzak tutun; bir test kulaklık bağlamanızı istemedikçe kulaklık veya işitme cihazıyla kullanmayın.
Isınma testi işlemciyi birkaç dakika tam yükte çalıştırır ve cihaz ısınır. Yumuşak bir yüzeyde, doğrudan güneş altında, ısıyı hapseden bir kılıfta veya pili şişmiş ya da hasarlı bir cihazda çalıştırmayın. Cihaz rahatsız edici derecede ısınırsa durdurun.
Ekran testleri yanıp sönen ve tam parlaklıkta renkler gösterir. Yanıp sönen ışığa duyarlıysanız bunları çalıştırmayın.
Uygulamayı araç kullanırken veya dikkat gerektiren başka bir iş yaparken kullanmayın.
4. Ücretsiz ve Pro özellikler
Bazı testler ve araçlar ücretsizdir; diğerleri ve tam sağlık puanı, PDF raporlar, puan kartları ve eğilimler gibi özellikler Pro gerektirir. Neyin ücretsiz, neyin Pro olduğu uygulamada gösterilir ve zamanla değişebilir. Özellik ekleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz.
5. Abonelikler ve satın almalar
Pro, otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik olarak ve tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak da sunulabilir. Fiyat, faturalama dönemi ve varsa ücretsiz deneme, satın almadan önce satın alma ekranında gösterilir ve satın alma anında Apple tarafından onaylanır.
Ödeme, satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple Hesabınızdan alınır.
Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe aynı süre için otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde Apple Hesabınızdan alınır.
Ücretsiz deneme sunuluyorsa ve deneme sırasında abone olursanız, denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı ücretli abonelik başladığında sona erer. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz abonelik başlar ve ücretlendirilirsiniz.
Ömür boyu satın alma, uygulama sunulduğu sürece Apple Hesabınızı kullanan cihazlarda Pro’yu açan tek seferlik bir ödemedir. Yenilenmez.
Bir aboneliğin fiyatını değiştirirsek Apple bunu size bildirir ve Apple’ın kurallarının gerektirdiği durumlarda yeni fiyat alınmadan önce onayınızı ister.
6. İadeler
Tüm satın almalar Apple üzerinden yapıldığı için iadeler Apple tarafından ve Apple’ın politikasına göre yürütülür. Talebinizi reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden iletebilirsiniz. Kendimiz iade yapamayız. Bu, ülkenizin tüketici mevzuatının size tanıdığı iade veya cayma haklarını etkilemez.
7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Lütfen uygulamayı yalnızca amacına uygun ve kanunlara uygun şekilde kullanın. Raporları veya puan kartlarını bir cihazın durumunu kimseye yanlış göstermek için kullanmayın, uygulamaya müdahale etmeye veya satın alma kontrollerini aşmaya çalışmayın ve onu kimseyi rahatsız etmek, zarar vermek veya taciz etmek için kullanmayın.
8. Mülkiyet
Uygulama, tasarımı, sesleri, metinleri ve görselleri bize aittir ve telif hakkı ile diğer kanunlarla korunur. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir şey mülkiyeti size devretmez. “Hardwise” ve uygulamanın ikonu bizim markalarımızdır. Apple, iPhone, iPad, App Store, Face ID, Touch ID, TrueDepth ve Bul (Find My), Apple Inc.’in ticari markalarıdır. Hardwise, Apple ile bağlantılı değildir ve Apple tarafından onaylanmamıştır.
9. Garanti reddi
Kanunun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde uygulama “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekilde”, ticari elverişlilik, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, doğruluk veya ihlal etmeme dahil olmak üzere açık ya da örtülü hiçbir garanti olmaksızın sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını ya da sonuçlarının doğru olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Bazı ülkeler bu tür istisnalara izin vermez; bu nedenle bu bölümün bazı kısımları sizin için geçerli olmayabilir.
10. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Kanunun izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde; dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan, veri veya kâr kaybından, cihaz hasarından ya da uygulamanın sonuçlarına dayanarak bir cihazı alma, satma, tamir ettirme veya ettirmeme kararından doğan kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz. Uygulamayla ilgili herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki on iki ay içinde uygulama için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
Bu koşullardaki hiçbir şey; ihmalden kaynaklanan ölüm veya yaralanma, dolandırıcılık ya da emredici tüketici mevzuatı kapsamındaki sorumluluk gibi kanunen hariç tutulamayan sorumlulukları ortadan kaldırmaz.
11. Apple’ın rolü
Bu sözleşme Apple ile değil, yalnızca sizinle bizim aramızdadır. Apple uygulamadan veya içeriğinden sorumlu değildir.
Apple’ın uygulama için bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Yardıma ihtiyacınız olursa bize dkappsupport@gmail.com adresinden yazın.
Uygulama geçerli bir garantiye uymazsa Apple’a bildirebilirsiniz; Apple satın alma bedelini iade edebilir. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde Apple’ın uygulama için başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur.
Ürün sorumluluğu talepleri, uygulamanın yasal bir gerekliliği karşılamadığına dair talepler ve tüketici koruma veya gizlilik mevzuatı kapsamındaki talepler dahil olmak üzere uygulamayla ilgili her talebi Apple değil biz ele alırız.
Uygulamanın üçüncü bir tarafın fikri mülkiyet haklarını ihlal ettiğine dair talepleri Apple değil biz inceler ve çözeriz.
ABD Hükümeti ambargosuna tabi veya “teröre destek veren” ülke olarak belirlenmiş bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD Hükümeti’nin yasaklı veya kısıtlı taraflar listelerinde yer almadığınızı onaylarsınız.
Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarlarıdır ve bunları size karşı uygulayabilir.
12. Değişiklikler, sona erme ve iletişim
Bu koşulları, örneğin uygulama değiştiğinde güncelleyebiliriz. Sayfanın üstündeki tarihi güncelleriz; önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde de bildiririz. Bir değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Uygulamayı silerek istediğiniz zaman kullanmayı bırakabilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ciddi şekilde ihlal ederseniz lisansınızı askıya alabilir veya sona erdirebiliriz. 9, 10 ve 11. bölümler bundan sonra da geçerliliğini korur.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir ve İstanbul mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Tüketiciyseniz bu, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici kanunlarının size sağladığı korumayı veya orada dava açma hakkınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.
